Demo Foreman
Responsibilities include
- Oversight of up to 6 people
- Point of contact for the client, answering questions about the project
- Report job status/issues back to project coordinators, field supervisors.
- Evaluate surface for bond-kote option
- Project safety, cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of pool demolition experience
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Must be able to speak, read, write English. Bi-lingual a plus.
- Good manual dexterity, may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.
- Effective communicator
- Competitive entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
